FLEX CABLE SMARTFLEX REQUFLEX FI 75 - 1MB

SMARTFLEX flexible ducts are designed for air distribution in ventilation and air conditioning systems. Small dimensions, appropriate construction and high mechanical resistance make  the ducts extremely resistant to crushing and it is possible to lay them in the ceiling or floor. The inside of the cables is covered with an antibacterial coating of silver ions, thanks to which the system is resistant to the formation of fungi, mold and other adverse factors.

• The design of the duct provides a compressive mechanical strength of more than 450N, which makes it possible to pour them with structural concrete.

• The two-layer duct construction with partially closed air voids suppresses the ingress of noise caused by the air flowing inside and provides thermal insulation.

• Antibacterial and antistatic inner coating containing silver ions in the amount of <150 ppm in the polymer matrix, thanks to which it does not undergo migration, ionization and elution processes.

• Outer layer: modified polyethylene (HDPE-mod.) Inner layer: polyethylene mod. (LDPE-mod.)
