HOVACO SFH - a set of 4 anti-vibration bases for HVAC devices

HOVACO SFH Anti-vibration Bases are used for stable support of air conditioners, heat pumps and other HVAC devices. Rubber construction helps to reduce vibration transfer to the ground and associated noise. The four independent bases can be arranged according to the support points of the device, matching the set for the spacing of its anchorages.

Vibration suppression and stable support

The bases are made of SBR rubber. The material limits vibration transfer from the working device to the structure, and four support points help to evenly distribute the weight. The permissible load is 180 kg per set. This value does not mean the load capacity of one base.

Compact dimensions and outdoor application

Each base has dimensions 110 × 110 × 68 mm. The independent arrangement of the components facilitates adjustment to the device and a slight slope of the substrate, while maintaining a stable setting of the whole system. According to the product card, SBR rubber is UV-resistant and variable atmospheric conditions. The bases can work indoors and outdoors, from -40°C to +80°C.

Before installation, check the device mass, support point spacing and M10 mounting holes compatibility. Do not exceed the load of 180 kg per set. The placement method is also selected to the requirements of the manufacturer of the mounted device.

Storage

Keep the bases in the original package before installation, protecting them from moisture, precipitation and dirt. Keep the kit away from heat and fire sources. Avoid direct sunlight, long-term deformation and mechanical damage during storage.
