Construction:

Diagonal duct fan. The housing is made of galvanised steel sheet, made of black plastic for the diameter of 200, and all of aluminium from the diameter of 400 inclusive. A unique inlet confusor tailored to the exact dimensions of the impeller ensures that air is drawn directly onto the cone of the diagonal rotor without the jet turbulence between the housing and the edges of the blades. A special profiled ring connecting all blades and sealing the flow chamber between the confusor and the diffuser vanes behind the impeller also protects against loss of efficiency at the edges of the blades.

The motor is encased in a diffuser profile made of plastic, the main elements of which are profiled vanes designed to reduce the turbulence of the flow behind the rotor as much as possible and a truncated cone that equalizes the flow velocities in the entire cross-section of the duct behind the fan. This combination of different types of air flow control elements increases the efficiency of the fan by about 50% compared to standard fans with radial impellers.

Rotor:

Dynamically balanced plastic diagonal impeller (from diameter 400 in aluminium) with an outer ring to eliminate pressure loss caused by turbulent flow at the blade tips. The blades are profiled to maintain the least possible turbulent flow, placed on a conical confusor hub, thanks to which the sucked air is directed to the most efficient part of the blade.
