HAVACO ECH-NI PTX-315/60/3F to kanałowa nagrzewnica elektryczna z rodziny ECH NI PTX/PSX, wyposażona w automatykę regulacji mocy oraz kontrolę przepływu powietrza. Urządzenie podgrzewa czyste powietrze w instalacjach wentylacyjnych i może pracować jako nagrzewnica wstępna lub wtórna w układzie z odzyskiem ciepła.
Wariant Ø315 mm o mocy 6 kW służy do dogrzewania powietrza w okrągłym przewodzie wentylacyjnym. Zasilanie trójfazowe 400 V wymaga odpowiednio przygotowanej instalacji elektrycznej. Moc należy dobrać do strumienia powietrza i potrzebnego przyrostu temperatury.
Wbudowany regulator steruje grzałkami impulsowo, dopasowując czas ich załączenia do zapotrzebowania na ciepło. Temperaturę zadaje się potencjometrem na obudowie. Pomiar temperatury nawiewu wymaga prawidłowego zamontowania i podłączenia czujnika kanałowego zgodnie ze schematem urządzenia.
Układ zawiera czujnik przepływu PTX oraz presostat różnicowy PSX. Przy braku przepływu powietrza grzanie zostaje wyłączone niezależnie od temperatury za nagrzewnicą. Dodatkową ochronę zapewniają dwa termostaty: pierwszy z automatycznym resetem przy 50°C, drugi z resetem ręcznym przy 100°C. Nagrzewnica współpracuje z przepływem zapewnianym przez wentylator lub centralę wentylacyjną. Nie ma własnego wentylatora. Może uzupełniać instalacje w budynkach mieszkalnych, biurach, lokalach usługowych oraz obiektach przemysłowych, w których podgrzewane jest czyste powietrze. Osiągana temperatura zależy od mocy, przepływu i temperatury powietrza na wlocie.
Urządzenie jest przeznaczone do instalacji wewnętrznych. Dopuszczalny jest montaż poziomy lub pionowy, z wyłączeniem ustawienia skrzynki przyłączeniowej w dół. Instrukcja wymaga prędkości powietrza co najmniej 1,5 m/s; katalogowy przepływ minimalny należy traktować łącznie z tym warunkiem i wymaganiami konkretnej instalacji. Przed nagrzewnicą zalecany jest filtr powietrza. Niedopuszczalne jest podgrzewanie gazów wybuchowych lub agresywnych.

SAFETY INFORMATION – HAVACO CHEERER
The following information concerns HOVACO ECH NI channel heaters PTX/PSX. Read the instructions provided with the particular device before installation and commissioning.
Destiny
The heater is used exclusively for heating clean air in internal ventilation installations. Do not use it to heat explosive, aggressive or flammable gases.
Edit
Installation should be entrusted to a qualified installer. The device can be installed horizontally or vertically, as instructed. It is prohibited to set the connection box down. Access to control, security and service components must be ensured.
Electrical connection
The connection must be made by a qualified electrician. The voltage, number of phases, wires and protections shall correspond to the data from the data plate. The heater should be grounded. Do not use a device with damaged wire, housing or electrical components.
Required air flow
Do not start heating without air flow. The heater does not have its own fan — the flow is provided by a fan or ventilation unit. The instructions shall require air speed of at least 1.5 m/s. The minimum flow specified for the selected model and the conditions for selecting the installation shall also be taken into account.
Sensors and security features
The temperature sensor, PTX flow sensor and PSX presostat shall be properly mounted, connected and functional. They must not be detached, pinched or avoided. Automatic deactivation of heating in the absence of flow does not replace proper installation and control of the installation.
Protection against overheating
The device has two thermal protections: automatic with 50°C operating temperature and a manual reset with 100°C operating temperature. Before restarting, fix and remove the cause of overheating. Do not reset security multiple times without checking the device and airflow.
Hot Elements
Heating elements and housing parts can cause burns. Do not touch them during work or immediately after turning off. If accidental access to the heaters is possible, appropriate cover shall be used. The maximum output air temperature is 50°C.
Road and cleanness of the installation
Do not block channels or limit airflow. The filter is recommended before the heater. Regularly control the condition of filters, fan and ventilation ducts. Pollution and obstruction can cause overheating.
Maintenance
Before opening the housing, cleaning or service disconnect the power supply, protect against accidental activation and wait for the device to cool down. At least once a year, check the electrical connections and the cleanliness of the heaters and the flow sensor. The work shall be entrusted to persons with appropriate qualifications. Do not flood the device or clean it with a stream of water.
Emergency management
In the case of smoke, the smell of burning, damage to the installation or repeated operation of security, stop the use and safely disconnect the power supply. Do not restart the heater before removing the fault by qualified service.
Transport and storage
Protect the device from impact, moisture and excessive load. Do not lift it for wires, hoses or automation elements. Store in a dry place, in accordance with the conditions set out in the instructions.
