About this product
NEOLUX III by Konvector from Lipna combines water heater, fan, filter and electric heating. The camera serves rooms such as offices, conference rooms, hotels, restaurants and shops. The enclosure designed for wall mounting allows to leave the floor area free.
The throttle allows to adjust the contribution of external air and air from the room. The filter stops the impurities and the fan directs the stream through a copper-aluminium exchanger. The air flows through the upper grate. Three fan speeds allow you to adjust flow to current demand.
During the heating season, the camera can use water installation. Total power heaters 2000 W allow air heating also during transition periods. The temperature is adjusted by thermostatic valve, choice of heater operation, throttle setting and fan gear change. The power of the water heater depends on the temperature and flow of water and air conditions. The value of 2 kW applies to electric heaters.
The camera is designed for hanging mounting. The catalogue provides for connection from the bottom or from the rear and recommends keeping 150 mm apart from the floor. For external air delivery, separately selected Channel to NEOLUX III. Cooling is possible when connected to an appropriate ice water installation; the camera does not contain a separate cooling unit.
The description refers to the standard NEOLUX III model. The specific design, working conditions and protection of the water exchanger against freezing shall be taken into account when selecting the installation.
SECURITY INFORMATION – NEOLUX III AND NEOLUX IV CONVENTION
The following text contains general principles for safe use. It shall not replace the manufacturer's instructions attached to the particular version of the device.
Installation and connection
Installation, electrical and hydraulic connection and first launch should be entrusted to persons qualified. The device shall be firmly fixed, with the space required for air flow and service.
Electrical safety
The power supply and security parameters of the installation shall comply with the data plate and the instructions of the device. The required protective combination shall be provided. Do not use a device with damaged wire, plug, housing or control elements. Do not operate the device with wet hands or allow the electrical parts to be flooded.
Hot surfaces
During heating, heat exchangers, connections and components can reach high temperature. Contact with them could cause burns. Disable the device before cleaning or maintenance, disconnect the power and wait for cooling.
Free air flow
Do not cover entry and exit grilles. Do not dry on or lean on clothing. Curtains, furniture and other materials must not restrict airflow. Obstruction can lead to overheating.
Fan and internal components
Do not insert fingers or objects through the bars. Do not start the device with the shields removed. Before opening the housing, disconnect the power supply, prevent reactivation and wait for the fan to stop completely.
Water installation
Do not exceed the permissible temperature and pressure parameters indicated for the given performance. Do not unscrew the connections or disassemble the components of the installations under pressure or filled with hot water. Hydraulic work requires cutting off the device from the installation, cooling and safe pressure reduction.
Protection against freezing
The exchanger and the water installation shall be protected from freezing, especially when external air is supplied and heating interruptions. The method of protection shall be determined by the installer in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. The power off itself does not provide protection against freezing.
Operation in cooling mode
If the device works with ice water, correct collection and discharge of condensates shall be ensured according to the equipment of the model. If the tank is leaking or overflowing, stop operation and remove the cause. Protect the electrical installation from moisture.
Children and persons in need of supervision
The device is not a toy. Do not allow children to be manipulated by knobs, grates and connectors. Persons in need of assistance should use the device under the supervision of the person responsible for their safety.
Cleaning and maintenance
Regularly check the purity of filters and grates according to the manufacturer's instructions. Do not clean the device with a stream of water or a pressure wash. Do not use flammable solvents. Repairs and interference in components are entrusted to a qualified service; do not bypass security.
Emergency management
In case of smoke, the smell of burning, unusual noises, leakage or repeated operation of security, discontinue use. If it can be done safely, disconnect the power. Do not restart the device before checking and removing the fault.
